The new iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Plus, and iPhone 14 Pro Max all come standard with iOS 16. However, this version of iOS is a slightly older version of the operating system. That’s why Apple has now released an update for iOS 16 that is made especially for the iPhone 14 models (but you have to install it right away).

The two cheaper models (the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus) again have a notch (the black notch at the top of the screen). It is the same size as the iPhone 13.

The iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max have a new Dynamic Island instead of the notch. This is a kind of oval bar that can change shape when you receive a notification, for example.
