Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra gets a gigantic camera module with second screen

Sometimes a smartphone appears that you will talk about for a long time. That will probably also be the case with the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra. We now see the device from all sides, whereby the gigantic camera module stands out without question.

Recently there was the worldwide introduction of the new Xiaomi Mi 11. However, the smartphone manufacturer will soon also come with the Lite and the Ultra, or so is expected. Now we come across the first messages about the Ultra, where we also get to see the device. The smartphone is disclosed by a Filipino YouTube channel, with the video now on private.

On display is the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra. It is a very eye-catching smartphone with a gigantic camera module. It is not entirely clear whether this is the final model or a prototype. The module takes up almost the entire width and is very large. According to the YouTuber, the camera features a 50MP main lens, 48MP wide angle and 48MP periscope lens with 120x zoom.

Second screen

Interestingly, a screen can be seen next to the camera module. It appears that the image of the screen is mirrored. This screen may be used to take the perfect selfie, and the screen serves as a viewfinder. Perhaps Xiaomi has even more plans with it and can show notifications when the phone is with its stomach on the table, for example.

According to the information, the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra will get a 6.8 inch OLED display with WQHD + resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Naturally, a Snapdragon 888 chipset is included, as is Harman-Kardon speakers and IP68 certification. Unlike the Mi 10 Ultra which can charge 120W wired, the Mi 11 Ultra would do with 67W.
