WhatsApp will make it easier for you to switch from iOS to Android
It should soon be child’s play to switch from Apple iOS to Android with WhatsApp. Now you run into a big wall if you want to transfer your chats from your iPhone to your Android smartphone, but that has to change.
Transfer WhatsApp from iOS to Android
Again news about WhatsApp. Last week we wrote about the new emoji in WhatsApp, and now it’s time for another new function. During Galaxy Unpacked, Facebook’s messaging service stole some airtime. One of the bigger issues that WhatsApp users face will soon be addressed. It is about transferring your conversations in WhatsApp from Apple iOS to an Android device. It is not surprising that WhatsApp has used some time for this during the announcement of the Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Galaxy Z Fold 3. The functionality will be available first on Samsung devices, which run on Android 10 or higher.
Transferring messages would not only be the text messages but also photos and voice memos. The first users can get started with it in the coming weeks, WhatsApp reports. According to WhatsApp, the implementation was difficult. This is because messages are end-to-end encrypted and stored on the device. To enable the functionality, WhatsApp as well as Android developers and manufacturers must make efforts to make it possible.
It is not known when everyone will be able to use the functionality.
