WhatsApp gets editor for group chat emoji icons

In WhatsApp you will soon be able to edit the icons of group conversations. You can take an emoji of your choice, and then you choose a background. The feature is currently under development.

First you use an emoji and then you can choose a custom background.

The feature was discovered in WhatsApp Beta’s code, but it is not yet active for users at this time. The developers are still working on it, and the feature will probably be available in a future update. Whether and when it will be available in the stable version of the messaging service is not yet known.
