Poll: What is it like to take out a telephone subscription?
The ACM writes that consumers find it especially difficult to compare the prices of telecom providers. No less than 45 percent have trouble keeping an overview.
That is a striking result, because the same survey shows that 60 percent of the respondents do understand the information provided by providers about prices and conditions.
We are therefore curious how our readers are doing. Do you ever have problems with taking out a telephone contract, or is it running smoothly? You can vote in the poll below.

ACM’s research shows that the majority of consumers are happy with their current telephone subscription. No fewer than 65 percent see no reason to switch to a competitor.
Speaking of switching, most respondents need about 2 hours to choose a new subscription.
The most frequently mentioned reasons for switching from one provider to another are obvious: price, package contents and the speed of the mobile internet. When customers purchase multiple services from one party, such as fixed and mobile internet, they are less inclined to switch more quickly.
