Waze is soon welcoming these 3 new features!
Waze is the great friend of motorists all over the world. Google’s application is indeed one of the most effective of the GPS offer. In addition, it does not fall asleep on its achievements and always offers more features throughout the year. And while some are a bit hidden and cosmetic, others can really make your trip easier, like the latest one that shows you the most accident-dangerous roads. At the start of 2023, a new wave of features should arrive on our mobiles in the weeks to come.
Waze: for electric encounters?
Waze will indeed soon be even more complete. First of all, according to a rumor launched after a user shared a screenshot on Facebook, Waze should soon offer a feature allowing display nearby electric car charging stations and their specificities (brand, means of payment, reloading speed, etc.). The Israeli company will hold a conference dedicated to new options for electric cars in just over a week and it could take advantage of the event to officially announce it. Note that this feature has existed in the United States since 2021.
Another function in development at the moment, the one that will allow you to have personal trip statistics, such as average speed, distance or time spent on asphalt. Eyeing at its big brother Google Maps, it will soon also be possible to choose a route with or without toll. It must be said that the two applications are intended to be merged, without it really being known who is going to eat the other… Finally , you will also be able in the very near future to create different profiles in the app. You will be able to juggle between your different vehicles and customize each of the profiles with appropriate options. Convenient if you alternate, for example, between your personal car and another company one. You also have the right to be schizophrenic: Porsche Cayenne V8 bi-turbo during the week and Fiat 500e electric at the weekend.
