Wave Live Wallpapers makes your smartphone an eye-catcher
They are impressive, the wallpapers of Wave Live Wallpapers Maker 3D app. It’s quite a mouthful, but it’s also an app full: full of 3D wallpapers that are amazingly good. Whether you choose Easter bunnies, spiders or mechanical elements: the screen of your phone suddenly gets a completely different look. Plus, you can also make your own creations and the end result is fantastic.

Wave Live Wallpaper Maker 3D
This week’s app of the week is Wave Live Wallpapers Maker 3D, although we’ve covered background apps before, this one is really different. Some wallpapers are a bit hysterical once you put them on your phone, but the effect is fantastic to see. One is even better than the other. For some wallpapers you have to pay money, with others you only have to view an advertisement.
It is also possible to make your own wallpapers. You can give a photo a cool 3D effect to your liking, as I did with a rather special creation that I came across during the fashion exhibition MAISON AMSTERDAM in the Nieuwe Kerk in Amsterdam. You can really see the difference between the regular photo (left) and the 3D effect (center) with the fun extras I added, such as the balloon and glitter (right). Of course you can see it even better in real life, because with screenshots a 3D effect comes across less well.
An eye-catching phone background
The idea of all those 3D wallpapers is that they work like a kind of diorama, so you really see layers closer and further away. It’s really cool that this app can also create that in photos that are just plain flat. It makes them come alive. Moreover, the nice thing is that the choice is very large, so even if you do not necessarily have a photo that you would like to make a wallpaper of, you can choose something that you find very cool (and which is often even better in terms of 3D effect than what you manage to make yourself).
Worried about your phone’s battery life? Do not. At least: not if your phone screen locks quite quickly or if you are busy with other apps. Then your background does not show your 3D wallpaper in the meantime, because that is how Wave is optimized to save your battery life.
