About the ZDFneo

In 2009, ZDFneo replaced the former documentary channel of Germany’s second television channel and, like One, is intended to offer intelligent and entertaining programming for the 25-49 target group away from the typical public channels.

ZDFneo is known for programs such as “Kessler ist…”, “Blockbustaz” and the German-Belgian crime series “Dunkelstadt”. The “ZDF Magazin Royale” with Jan Böhmermann, which is now taking place on the main station, and the popular junk show “Bares for Rares” also got their start on ZDFneo.

In addition, international series such as “30 Rock”, “Ray Donovan” or “The Rookie” are shown again and again in the free TV premiere. Since September 2021, the new episodes of the gaming magazine “Game Two” can also be seen here.
