How do companies promote diversity? How do you create an environment in which talents can develop their full potential? On October 7th, Dell Technologies and Microsoft invite you to a virtual live event all about diversity & inclusion.

5 good reasons why it is worth taking part

Diverse teams are more than the sum of their experiences. Working together creates new approaches, new perspectives, new potentials. And that is exactly what makes diversity & inclusion an important, success-critical factor. From the employees’ point of view, however, it is almost even more important: Diversity creates well-being, satisfaction and belonging.

What sounds so simple, often gives way to experience in everyday life: diversity does not come by itself. An open, appreciative corporate culture is required to attract diverse talents and allow different ways of thinking. The question now arises: What else do society and companies have to work on? What is currently being neglected in the discussion? All invited guests of the virtual live event bring their own points of view:
