How do I get a second number for WhatsApp?
Your iPhone only has one input for a physical SIM card, but thanks to the eSIM it is still possible to use two numbers at the same time. An eSIM is a digital SIM card and is nothing more than a small chip built into your iPhone.
All iPhones made in 2018 or later support the eSIM: these are the iPhone XR, iPhone XS (Max), iPhone SE (2020 or 2022), iPhone 11 (Pro), iPhone 12 (Pro), and iPhone 13 (Pro) .

Installing such an eSIM is easy, often you can see in the app of the mobile provider which steps you have to follow. With a bit of luck you will have your second WhatsApp number after just a few minutes. Then open WhatsApp Business, enter your new 06 number and verify your phone number with the code you receive by text message.
Then you can WhatsApp with your second number as you are used to. The biggest difference is that you have some extra business tools; you will find this under ‘Settings’. For example, you can automatically greet new customers, set an out-of-office message or create quick replies.
