Twitter Blue is now available globally
The Twitter Blue subscription is now available to users worldwide, the social network announces. The offer was so far in 50 countries, including France.
Twitter Blue allows you to have several bonuses on the social network:
- Certified account with a blue tick
- Be at the top of replies, mentions, and search results. Tweets from certified users will be prioritized, which is intended to contribute to the fight against false information and spam. This function will be available soon.
- Twice as many ads. This function will be available soon.
- Possibility to publish longer videos (60 minutes).
- Videos in Full HD (1080p).
- Early access to some new features thanks to Twitter Blue Lab.
- Ability to edit a tweet up to five times within 30 minutes of posting it.
- Show their personality and choose an NFT that you own as their profile picture.

What is the price ? The Twitter Blue subscription costs €9.60 per month or €100.80 per year. Indeed, the prices displayed on the site are exclusive of tax. Also, it is good to note that the prices are higher since the application: 11€ per month and 114.99€ per year. This is explained by a 30% commission taken by Apple (iOS) and Google (Android). Twitter has therefore decided to pass it on to the price. The trick to avoid paying such a price is to take the subscription from the website and then log into the application.
