Tatra banka’s clients certainly know about the latest tweaks and modern functions. In the Tatra banka 3.5 application version, for example, they can use a digital credit card.
If you previously wanted to use a new credit card, you had to wait for it to arrive. It is no longer necessary now. You can now use it without waiting after signing the contract. It will be available immediately in the Tatra banka application.
One-time card number for internet payments
A feature that is very popular. Tatra banka’s clients already know it very well from the Mobile Pay application. Now they can also use it in the Tatra banka application.
Before payment, the client can very easily generate a one-time card number, which he will later use for payment.
How to pay with a one-time card number:
- Make sure you have internet access.
- Select the one you want to pay from the list of cards.
- Click on the “Internet payment” button
- After confirming with your PIN, the application will show you one-time card information that you will use for payment.
Chatbot Adam will be happy to help you with various operations
Chatbot Adam is a little smarter again. It can answer various questions for clients and make it much easier for them to find important information. Need to find out where the nearest bank branch is? Ask. If you want to know the exchange rate of the Czech koruna or the US dollar, just ask.
In addition to various information, chatbot Adam can also work with the client’s account or cards. For example, it is also able to block a stolen card or activate a new debit card. He can activate notifications about movements on the client’s account and changing daily limits does not cause him any problems.
It can also be useful, for example, if you forget the PIN code for your card. You simply let him know and he will redirect you to the page where you will find your PIN. This is just a quick listing of interesting options, chatbot Adam has many more.
Secure payments
The fact that the EU has decided to introduce the so-called strong verification when shopping online, we have already informed on our website. It is also safer in Tatra banka. Instead of the verification SMS code, the client verifies his payment via the application.
Such verification is called 3D Secure and is also used by Tatra banka clients. It works very simply. If you want to pay for goods or services on the Internet by card, you must confirm the payment after entering the data. The client receives a notification directly to the smartphone. Click on it, enter the login details into the application and confirm the payment.
