There it is again: the annual Christmas card from the royal family. King Willem-Alexander, Queen Máxima and daughters Amalia, Alexia and Ariane shine completely in gala outfit, but this family member in particular steals the show.

Christmas wishes
In Dutch, English, Spanish, Papiamentu and Frisian, the royal family wishes everyone ‘a blessed Christmas and a healthy and prosperous 2023’. They also thank all Dutch people for the heartwarming wishes. In the photo, which would have been taken for Princess Amalia’s birthday party this summer, the family shines in gala outfit. Dog Mambo looks a bit less slick with his dirty paws, but oh well: royal or not, it’s still an animal.
