This is the first product from OnePlus founder Nothing

Finally it has been announced what the first product of Nothing will be.

Carl Pei, co-founder of OnePlus, was ready for a new challenge. He left the Chinese tech company last year and founded his own shop. That has become Nothing, it was announced earlier. It became clear then that other parties and investors are also involved in this new brand. It was still unknown exactly what products Nothing was going to make.

Today it was announced what the first product of Nothing will be via a message from Bloomberg. Namely, wireless earphones! With that, they immediately put down a competitive product against OnePlus, which also has wireless earphones in the range. Nothing plans to introduce an ecosystem of products. So expect another product from Nothing in the future that connects to the wireless earphones.

It was also announced that Nothing has set up a new investment round. With this move, 15 million dollars was raised under the leadership of GV. An Alphabet company previously known as Google Ventures.

Now we have to wait and see whether Nothing is not just another tech company, or whether they indeed manage to create something unique. The question is whether they can achieve something like Apple. And by that I mean creating an ecosystem that customers want to have everything from one brand. Few brands can do that.
