This is how the PR agency OSK works in the “House of Ideas”

The German PR agency OSK has offices at six locations worldwide. The communications service provider is now opening another office in Cologne under the name “House of Ideas”. In the site portrait we take a look behind the scenes.

OSK: Communication for 30 years

The Frankfurt agency founder Oliver Schrott has always had a passion for everything that moves – including ships, airplanes, cars and trains. In the course of his professional career, he was therefore primarily concerned with car marketing, initially as a journalist.

In the course of his career, however, he received more and more PR assignments, which is why he decided to found his own agency: Oliver Schrott Kommunikation. OSK has now been around for almost 30 years. The agency’s customer base not only includes companies from the automotive and new mobility sectors.

Since the company was founded, not only the way of working has changed, but also the requirements of the workplace. At OSK, too, many employees work hybrid – for example in the office, in the home office or on the go.

The teams are flexible in terms of time, whereby the working hours are based on personal preferences, private life situations, but also on the needs of the customers.

A total of 240 employees now work at OSK. The agency has offices at six locations in Germany, China and the USA: The new office in Cologne, as a “house of ideas”, is intended to meet the requirements of today’s and tomorrow’s working world.
