This is great. Mapy.cz is introducing winter routes for ski or snowshoeing

Many Czech users rightly agree that the map service from the List has no competition at least for domestic pedestrian and bicycle navigation and route search. We definitely do not object to them and we bring a novelty that only confirms this. Mapy.cz is introducing winter routes into its documents. What does it mean? That you can easily find out where it is suitable on the web or in the application go on ski alps, snowshoes or just on foot.

The developers announced this news on Friday on Facebook and it is already fully functional. They are displayed in the map data three new types of routes that characterize these three travel options. As this is a complete novelty, the density of such marked paths is now of course not high. There are many of them abroad, for example in the Alps, but you can also find them here. For example, near Sněžka or Harrachov. Purple dots attracts snowshoe lovers, purple dashed line indicates walking routes and yellow dashed line points out a suitable path for ski alps.
