Marvel and the Xbox Series X may not go together at first glance, but to celebrate the theatrical release of “Thor: Love and Thunder” Microsoft has made Thor’s Hammer out of the console – and thus into a real eye-catcher. Money is not required here, just luck.

It’s already available in SpongeBob, Halo and Turtles versions, but the Xbox Series X as Thor’s Hammer is what true Marvel fans absolutely need.

The latest Marvel film Thor: Love and Thunder is currently showing in cinemas. Microsoft took this as an opportunity to turn the otherwise simple console into a real treasure. As Thor’s hammer, it has been colored greyish-silver and bears the film’s logo. Loving details such as recorded cracks and patterns make the console a beautiful collector’s itembut only the handle attached to the side makes the console probably the most famous hammer in the world.

There’s bad news, though, because you can’t buy the good piece. Microsoft is giving away the console as part of a competition for the theatrical release of the film. Anyone who is at least 18 years old and lives in a country where the Xbox Series X is officially sold can participate – so nothing stands in the way of you in this country.
