Caviar has struck again. The Russian smartphone maker has unveiled a new, luxurious iPhone collection that is even more extravagant than the previous ones. One of the models, the Tyrannophone, takes advantage of a titanium shell, one of the elements of which is a piece of encrusted T-Rex tooth. Its price starts at 8,600 dollars, or 7,400 euros.

You certainly know the Russian company called Caviar. It is a company specializing in customization of electronic products and the insertion of precious or exotic materials. We have presented several products to you in recent years. A gold-plated version of the PlayStation 5. Galaxy S21 Ulgtra dressed in gold or alligator skin. But Caviar’s favorite product is obviously still the iPhone, which the company personalizes every year.

And the iPhone 13 is no exception. Caviar unveiled the series iPhone 13 Tera, three luxurious versions (but not necessarily very tasteful) of the Apple smartphone. There are three versions: Teradiamond, The most expensive, Monsterphone, the most affordable, and Tyrannophone, the most… weird. Indeed, Tyrannophone is a “bling bling” tribute to the T-Rex, the famous dinosaur and predator of the Jurassic era whose head is reproduced on the back of the smartphone.

The Tyrannophone shell is made of titanium. Some elements are 24 karat gold. The eye of the tyrannosaurus is amber. And one of the teeth of the monster is in real T-Rex teeth. This is obviously a fragment of the tooth … 80 million years old! But it is still very surprising to find this on the back of a smartphone.

Like all Caviar pieces, this is of course a limited edition. There are only 7 copies. It comes in two formats: iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max. One configuration for storage: 1 TB. And two prices: $ 8,610 for the Pro and $ 9,150 for the Pro Max.

Monsterphone is sold a few hundred dollars less, but the materials are less extravagant – it’s just titanium on the entire case. There are 99 copies. Finally, Teradiamond is the most expensive, but its titanium shell is encrusted with 18k gold, 128 rubies and 1,028 diamonds. The size of the gemstones depends on the iPhone version (Pro or Pro Max). The price : $ 50,000 the small and $ 60,000 the large.
