This Coca Cola phone is less refreshing than you might think
A phone is coming out under the Coca Cola brand name. The smartphone seems to be based on a device from the Realme 10 series. It is not certain whether we will ever welcome the telephone in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Coca Cola phone
Coca Cola will release a phone under its brand name in the first quarter of 2023, according to rumor spreader Mukul Sharma (through Twitter). The so-called ‘Cola Phone’ will primarily be aimed at the Indian market, where it will appear in the coming months.
The Coca Cola logo is visible in large and small text on the back. But what is particularly striking is that the ‘Cola Phone’ is most likely based on a phone from the Realme 10 series. These smartphones entered the market in India in November of 2022, but it is still waiting for an introduction in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Realme 10 Pro
The Realme 10 Pro has a large 6.7 inch Full HD LCD display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The chipset that the phone uses is one of the lower mid-range: the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G. There are several variants of this phone available and that up to 12 / 256 GB of RAM and storage. The main camera has 108 MP and the 5,000 mAh battery of the Realme 10 Pro is charged with a 33W fast charger.

The Cola Phone would therefore be a lot less refreshing than the drink, because it is in fact a rebranding is going. Whether the phone will taste as sweet as a cola, that is still the question. For that, it remains to wait until the Realme 10 series comes on the market in the Netherlands and Belgium and we can test the phones at the editorial office. Hopefully the phone doesn’t reach ‘Zero’ in the review after that.
