1. The Witcher: Monster Slayer
Do you love Geralt’s adventures in The Witcher and are you (or was) you a fanatic Pokémon GO player? Then The Witcher: Monster Slayer is most likely your new favorite game. This game can best be described as Pokémon GO, but set in the universe of The Witcher.
So you play the game by going out into the wide world with your phone. During your journeys you will encounter all kinds of trolls, dragons and other scum. It’s up to you to make these monsters a head smaller. Extra cool is that all kinds of storylines have been processed in the game, just like in the Witcher games on console and PC.

2. HelloApp
Two former WhatsApp employees have opened the attack on their former employer. HalloApp came out last week and is best described as a cross between Instagram and WhatsApp. With the app you can both chat (one on one or in group conversations), and post messages on a timeline.
HalloApp has no algorithms and is currently free to use, but the makers want to roll out subscriptions at some point. In this way, the app does not have to collect unnecessarily a lot of data, unlike many traditional social media.
3. Daily Hellos
Another chat app in this overview, but one with a completely different approach. Daily Hellos aims to help you build more meaningful relationships with the people you care about. The app does this by asking you and your conversation partner a question at the start of each day.
For example, what would you do if you knew no one would judge you? And which film do you think is not getting the attention it deserves? Daily Hellos has hundreds of these types of questions in it, spanning multiple topics. Good to know: profound questions alternate with light-hearted questions.

4. Laundry Lens
Sometimes those apps come along that you didn’t know you needed. Laundry Lens is the perfect example of this. This app translates shows what the icons on the label of your pants, shirt or trousers mean so that you know how to (not) wash them.
It works very simply. After you have launched the app, point your iPhone’s camera at the care label of your clothing. Laundry Lens then shows what the icons mean. The app is very extensive and contains all possible labels that you can come across – even labels that apply to industrial clothing, for example. Plus, the handy app is free.
5. Plantir
Do the plants need more or less water in this sticky weather? For anyone without a green thumb, including the above-signed, caring for plants can still be quite difficult. Fortunately, there is now an app for that: Plantir. This one knows exactly how to best take care of your green friends.
First you add your plants, after which Plantir will keep track of the care. This way you get a signal when it’s time for water, food or a larger pot. Plantir also has plenty to offer for real ‘plant freaks’, because you can get started with extensive schedules and arrange plants per room, for example.
