Android 13 Developer Preview 2
Android 13 gets improvements for the notifications. When an app wants to send notifications, the user must give permission for this. Developers can get started with this feature. If you do not accept these, no notifications should be sent out by the app. In addition, there is better text wrapping for different languages; such as Japanese and non-Latin characters.
Google has renamed Do Not Disturb mode to “Priority Mode” with Android 13. Display and font size control settings are now merged, and there is also an improvement for the media player in the quick settings. Furthermore, there is a QR code scanner from the quick settings. Google will also bring improvements to the screen saver, where the design should look a bit more slick.
Android 13 further supports Bluetooth LE Audio, MIDI 2.0 and developers can downgrade permissions.
Google will probably release the last Developer Preview version of Android 13. The first version of the Beta is expected in April.
