The German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ) analyzed in a recent study which smartphone manufacturers have the best service quality and where there is room for improvement.

DISQ examined the hotline and chat offers from various manufacturers. The study classifies the respective quality of the smartphone manufacturers with a rating of up to 100 points. The final quality rating ranges from “very good” to “unsatisfactory”. In the following ranking we present the results.

8th place: Google

Eighth place among the best smartphone manufacturers goes to Google. The US group received the rating “sufficient” and 49.4 from a total of 100 possible points.
