Porsche has been listed on the German stock exchange for a few weeks. All in all, the IPO brought around 9.4 billion euros in fresh capital into the coffers of the German car manufacturer – at first glance it seems a lucrative step.

In a German comparison, Porsche even climbs to second place in the historical ranking. Only Deutsche Telekom collected more money several decades ago. Back then, the people of Bonn didn’t make all small investors happy.
