10. One-off payment of deposit
As a rule, every tenant must pay a deposit for the rented property when concluding a contract. However, under no circumstances may this amount to more than three net cold rents. One-off payments of the deposit are also not permitted because tenants have the right to payment in installments. Specifically, three installments of the same amount are possible.
