The ranking includes both the World Happiness Index and the Gender Inequality Index. Also: the average hours worked, minimum annual leave, property prices relative to income, vacancies for remote and hybrid work, the unemployment rate, maternity leave regulations, and leisure activities. In the following ranking we present the results and thus the ten cities with the best work-life balance.
