The Vice President DACH uses these apps at Fullstory
In the “Homescreen!” series we present the homescreens of people from the social media, marketing, media and tech industries – including app recommendations and tips for everything from to-do lists to small games in between. Today: Oskar Stenzel, Vice President DACH at full story.
Oscar Stenzel: I have quite a number of apps on my smartphone in total – 116 to be exact. That actually speaks against our motto at FullStory, generally preferring to use fewer tools instead of more (we call it digital decluttering).
But I’m already trying to prioritize my apps so that everything I absolutely need fits on the home screen. I dedicated the first line to the subject of communication and forecasting. The Gmail app (for Android) is indispensable for me – especially because I use my cell phone a lot for work.
I also use the app regularly Clari (for Android), a cloud-based solution for sales processing and forecasting. Clari is our forecasting tool, so to speak, so that I always know where the business is, even when I’m on the road.

Of the Apple apps in line two, I particularly like using the notes. This is where I jot down all my ideas about pipe generation and leads. This is quite practical in order not to forget anything and also to be able to capture spontaneous thoughts.
The apps that I have arranged in the third row – especially music and entertainment – I use a lot on the go. But also the Sonos app (for Android), for the smart speaker control at home should not be missing here.
Now it’s getting a little more colourful. I’m a fan of the right balance and value sport. Whoop (for Android) is the right app for my fitness bracelet, which shows me statements about sleep requirements and fitness level. At the same time, in the same line, however, the McDonald’s app (for Android) crept in. Everything has to balance out in the end.
Electromobility and Smart Home
The Smart Home topic is very important to me. The Automower app (for Android) operates my robotic lawnmower – after all, the garden has to be mowed when I’m not there. solar charger (for Android) is the wallbox for my electric car, which I don’t have (yet), and Tado helps me with the heating control.
The last free spots on my home screen are a mix of a little bit of everything. Over Coinbase (for Android) I used to buy cryptocurrencies – now I look in from time to time and wait until I’m positive again at some point.
The Health app is another standard Apple app that I don’t actively use regularly, but it’s good for making year-on-year comparisons.
About the Movember app (for Android) I myself call for donations once a year and of course I put a lot of effort into my own mustache.
Last but not least, I use the Where is? Function (unfortunately more often than I would like), for example if I misplaced my AirPods again.
