Oksana Lukyanenko: I am Germany boss of the Finnish delivery service Wolt. We have made it our mission not only to deliver classic sushi and pizza, but to become the “app for everything”.
In addition to groceries, you can also order cosmetics, dog food and even flowers from us. Wolt is now available in 18 German cities. There will be many more to come this year.

A look at Oksana Lukyanenko’s smartphone
On my home screen is next to the Wolt app (for Android) a colorful mix of private and professional applications. In fact, one of my most used apps is the calculator. Otherwise, I mainly use the new work and networking classics like LinkedIn (for Android) and Slack (for Android).
With the radio play app mytonies (for Android) I enjoy spending time with my son. I also have a few other apps for my family on my home screen. For example, I use eBay Classifieds (for Android) to sell children’s things that have become too small. Whenever I need some time to myself, the meditation app helps me headspace (for Android) to switch off.
Important connection to family and home
I use many of my apps to stay in touch with my friends and relatives. heard in this area viber (for Android) next to Whatsapp (for Android) or iMessage to my favorites. I mainly use Viber to communicate with my loved ones from my home country of Belarus.

Oksana Lukyanenko: Employees also make deliveries themselves
Another important app is ours Wolt Courier Partner App (for Android). As a company, we believe that all employees, from tech to management, should deliver orders themselves from time to time.
Especially when you consider our rapid growth in recent years, it is important to us that all employees still get to know and understand the different areas of the company.
