The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra will look exactly like the Galaxy Note

We are slowly approaching the introduction of models from the flagship Samsung Galaxy S22 series. According to the leaks, they are to be officially unveiled in February, but we already know a lot of information about them today. The most anticipated smartphone of the trio is, of course, the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, and we have at its disposal its key specifications, the first real shots and today’s official product renders. The XDA-Developers portal informed about the news.

Reborn Galaxy Note

These again confirm what we have known for a long time – the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra will be the successor to the Galaxy Note series, which will most likely disappear. The smartphone will obviously take on the angular design that the Galaxy Note models were known for. In addition, they also excelled with the built-in S Pen and, according to the Sammobile portal, the Galaxy S22 Ultra will also have it.

The device in the picture strongly resembles the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra with a redesigned location of the rear cameras. The kit offers four sensors – 108 MP primary, 12 MP ultra-wide angle and two 10 MP telephoto lenses. The front of the smartphone will be dominated by an almost frameless, slightly curved display. At the top we find a small cutout for a selfie camera, which according to the leaks will have a resolution of 40 MP.

We also know from the available information that the Galaxy S22 Ultra will be powered by the Exynos 2200 chipset in our region, along with 12 GB or 16 GB of RAM. The internal storage offers a capacity of 256 GB, 512 GB or 1 TB. The smartphone will also lack stereo speakers, IP68 certification and support for 5G connectivity. It is also said to have a 5,000 mAh battery with 45 W fast charging support.
