The Realme Watch 2 (Pro) watch comes in a global version

Realme has officially introduced a pair of smart watches designed for the global market. Both models have already been introduced earlier this year, but this time they are versions that could also reach our market. Realme Watch 2 and Watch 2 Pro are official. Realme Watch 2 Pro

The more equipped model offers a rectangular display with a diagonal of 1.75 ″ and a resolution of 320 x 385 pixels. It is, of course, colorful, tactile and offers a decent maximum brightness of 600 rivets. The weight of the watch together with the strap stopped at 40 grams. The basic model weighs 38 grams.

The customer has a choice of two basic straps – white and silver. The watch comes with a function to measure the level of SpO2, it can monitor sleep, steps, calories or distance traveled. Other features worth mentioning are the ability to control the music being played or the camera of a connected smartphone.

Connectivity is covered by Bluetooth 5.0. The battery has a capacity of a decent 390 mAh and the manufacturer claims that it can power the watch for 14 days with activated continuous heart rate measurement. The price of the watch is set at € 69.99.

Realme Watch 2

The basic model also has a lot to offer. equipped with a slightly smaller display, which has a diagonal of 1.4 ″, the resolution has been reduced to 320 x 32 pixels, but it is still fully sufficient. As with the more expensive model, there is water resistance with IP68 certification. The battery has a capacity of 315 mAh and, according to the manufacturer, will offer 12 days of endurance. Other features are the same, but dual GPS is missing. The price in Europe should be € 49.50.

Competition

The watch will compete mainly with Chinese cheaper brands. For example, Xiaomi and the Mi Watch Lite model are strong in this respect. This watch also has a rectangular display, is waterproof, but lacks an SpO2 sensor. The competition can also be the Huawei Band 6, which is taken more as a smart bracelet. It has a large rectangular display, offers water resistance and also decent endurance.
