The Realme Band 2 smart bracelet brings a larger display and other improvements

The design is too reminiscent of another Chinese smart bracelet Honor band 6 with its design. Last year’s Realme Band resembled fitness bracelets from the Fitbit company with its appearance, so this is a significant change. The main part of this is the increase in the diagonal of the IPS display up to 1.4 inches. Its resolution has been increased to 167 × 320 pixels.

The display, whose brightness is up to 500 rivets, can display more than 50 dials. And if you don’t like any of them, you can create your own by uploading a picture or photo. the body of the smartphone meets the water resistance certification of 5 ATM, so it is also suitable for surface swimming and measuring the distance traveled. The body in gray weighs only 27.3 grams. There will be a large number of colored straps to choose from.

Currently, Realme Band 2 can watch 14 different sports activities and through the OTA update, their number is to increase to a total of 90 activities. Realme Band 2 has to deal with smart devices in the home

According to the manufacturer, a great advantage of the Realme Band 2 bracelet is the ability to control a smart home device (IoT) using the Smart AIoT Control function. Unfortunately, it did not provide more information on compatibility with these products: There is also control of the music player on the paired smartphone or the shutter of its camera. The weather forecast or smart alarm is a matter of course.

Realme Band 2 is compatible with Android 5.1 and higher resp. iOS 11 and higher. The integrated battery with a capacity of 204 mAh will give the bracelet a lifespan of up to 12 days. Connectivity with the smartphone is provided by the Bluetooth 5.1 interface and the Realme Link application. The price of Realme Band 2 is set at 35 euros, but it is not yet known when it will be available in Europe.
