Laura-Maria Horn is the founder and CEO of the lunch-as-a-service company Marktkost. As a graduate in business administration with experience in the catering and catering sector, she was able to draw on her expertise when the company was founded and create a service solution for companies without a canteen.
Because not only the eating habits but also the demands of many employees have changed. Meanwhile, Laura-Maria Horn wants to kill two birds with one stone with market food.
Employees can choose their favorite dishes via an online platform based on AI software. The food start-up then delivers the selected dishes to the respective company on a weekly basis.

Laura Maria Horn: Since we handle all of our team communication via Google, is google chat (for Android) essential for me. No matter when and where, I am always in good contact with the team and always know about all the news.
There are also quite a few tools for task and project management – the best of these in my opinion Trello (for Android). This allows us in the team to keep an overview of who is where with their tasks and we are always up to date. It also helps to break down large, targeted milestones into smaller, meaningful steps and deadlines.
