The film Exodus tells the story of Battlefield 2042 -apkrig
There are two months left until the release of Battlefield 2042, which is a signal for DICE developers and Electronic Arts representatives to fully spin the wheels of the prepared marketing campaign. Players are probably most interested in the technical test, which starts today, or the open beta scheduled for September, but we should not forget the story either. Although the new Battlefield will not have a traditional-style campaign, the developers obviously want to give the battles some context, and have previously outlined what the background will be about. Now, according to the previous promise, they are releasing a short film Exodus, which summarizes the information known so far and expands it with several interesting details, including a new specialist or a wink towards the players of the previous parts of the series.
The short film explains a situation that has plunged the game world into chaos. The environmental crisis, rising ocean levels, the associated blackout due to the destruction of all satellites in orbit and the enormous tension between the United States and Russia. Not only do they call each other the culprits of the situation, but they are not added to the peace of a huge group of people who have lost their home due to environmental problems. They call themselves No-Pats and basically overnight they became another power of more than one billion people. Given that, of course, there are soldiers in their center, and specialists important to the players – the playable characters of Battlefield 2042 – are also a threat and influence the mentioned powers by which they join. However, not in the fight for her interests, but – as the film reminds her – in the fight for her own survival.
The important thing, however, is that the canonical conclusion of Battlefield 4 becomes a variant in which the Irish survive, which is important for the continuity and the already mentioned lore of the whole series.
In terms of the characters represented, Kimble “Irish” Graves, played by Michael K. Williams, plays a central role. Irish will be one of the playable characters and fans know him from Battlefield 4. Another returnee from the game of the same name is Clayton “Pac” Pakowski and another of the playable specialists, Bud Oz, against whom Irish stands against the film, but we don’t know much about yet. The important thing, however, is that the canonical conclusion of Battlefield 4 becomes a variant in which the Irish survive, which is important for the continuity and the already mentioned lore of the whole series. According to EA, it will then expand with every other specialist discovered or added to the game, and players will be able to go through their short stories so that they can always have something to refer to when they rampage on individual maps.
The question, of course, remains how elaborate these are Tales in fact, they will be and what weight the players will give them as a result. Without the traditional campaign, which would complement the classic multiplayer, the arcade mode Portal and the still unveiled Hazard Zone, according to many fans is not it and, as with the fourth Black Ops, there may be a little disregard for what little developers can imagine. The game is released on October 22 on a PC and both generations of Xbox consoles, respectively. PlayStation. The developers have previously confirmed cross-platform multiplayer, stating that players with the version for the previous generation will play together, while players on the new consoles will be able to invite PC players and vice versa.
