The electric car salon 2021 will visit Bratislava again. Dozens of electric vehicles await visitors and the opportunity to compete for great prizes

The largest Salon of electric cars with dozens of electric cars, plug-in hybrids, electric motorcycles and scooters available on our market is coming to Slovakia for the second time. Electromobility has gained favor not only among fans of green vehicles. Changes in road traffic are also evidenced by the Recovery Plan, which supports the use of electricity.

The exhibition “Salon Elektromobilov 2021” will take place from 25 to 27 June 2021 in the shopping and entertainment center Bory Mall in Bratislava. Visitors can look forward to the current offer of electric cars, plug-in hybrids, electric motorcycles and scooters available on the Slovak market in 2021, manufacturers and operators of charging stations or related infrastructure.

More than 60 models of renowned cars under one roof

The exhibition will feature more than 60 models from renowned car brands such as BMW (Group M) and the BMW X5 xDrive 45e M Sport, as well as other models: X5 PHEV, X3 PHEV, X1 PHEV, 330e PHEV, BMW i3 EV. AUDI – AC Bratislava will present the Audi e-tron GT and Audi A6 Plug in hybrid models. Peugeot and the e-208 model, Citroen and the e-C4, DS model and their DS 7 Crossback E-TENSE model will also be presented at the Elektromobilov Salon. Visitors can look forward to the presentation of MINI Cooper SE ALL4 Countryman, Opel and model Mokka-e, Honda e, Jaguar I-Pace, Volvo XC40 PHEV, Škoda Enyaq iV. new EQA and EQV from Mercedes-EQ, Range Rover Evoque PHEV and models from KIA, Tesla and others. Visitors will also be able to try out some car models as part of a test drive. Visitors to the 2nd year of Salón Elektromobilov will be able to see, as usual, electric scooters from the Eco Chopper brand.

The founder of the MôjElektromobil.sk portal, Michal Chabada, admits that Slovak drivers are increasingly interested in electric cars and can see it on the road. “The attraction will certainly be the number of models of various renowned brands “under one roof”. We are looking forward to the addition of new car models at this year’s Elektromobilov Salon, and visitors will not only be able to see them, but also try out some of them on test drives. In addition, an interesting program and competitions for great prizes await them this year as well. The topic of electric cars is intensively addressed in Slovakia even in the highest places, so all visitors have something to look forward to,“.

Interesting program completely free

Electromobility is already very popular in Slovakia. Its strong position in our market is also indicated by the Recovery Plan, which plans to build the infrastructure of charging and hydrogen filling stations for as little as EUR 50 million. So it’s only a matter of time before only electric cars will be on the roads.

On 25.6. at 10 a.m. State Secretary Oravec opens the Salon of Electric Vehicles 2021. Later, Tomáš Kakala, Director General of the Competitiveness Section, will take the floor. Furthermore, an interesting program will be continued, which will take place in the form of expert lectures, panel discussions and presentations.
