Twitter is now owned by X Holdings
Last week, Twitter Inc. announced in a court record announced that the company no longer exists as usual. Like the US magazine slate reported, Elon Musk applied for the merger back in March 2023.
But there has been speculation before that Musk plans to build a parent company for all of his companies. Also an appropriate one site has existed for some time. Musk had that in one in 2017 tweet announced.

Elon Musk is currently the CEO of Tesla, SpaceX and Twitter. He also owns majority interests in Neuralink and The Boring Company.
