The Big Bang Theory star sells fat Hollywood villa for 12 million
The Big Bang Theory star sells his villa in the Hollywood Hills. The house of Johnny Galecki, aka Leonard Hofstadter, costs just under 12 million dollars.
We regularly look behind the doors of the greats here to see how our beloved stars are doing. This time, attention is paid to the fat villa in the hills near Hollywood of none other than nerd Leonard Hofstadter. Honestly, I didn’t even know his real life name is Johnny Galecki, but that aside.
Hotspot Hollywood stars
Extra special is that he bought the villa again from action movie star Jason Stratham (known from Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and the transporter movies). And before this British movie star, Ben Stiller lived in this house. So here we are hitting three Hollywood hot shots with one stone!
The latter star has had the house completely tackled by the famous New York design agency Roman and Williams, so Ben Stiller has left a significant mark on the villa.
House of Johnny Galeckic
Then the cottage itself. This is a site in Spanish style from the 1920s. The main building has two floors and there is a separate guest house. There are no fewer than six bedrooms, so there’s plenty of room for a whole bunch of children, or a whole procession of guests.
The site has been inhabited for a hundred years and so many historical details such as a traditional roof of clay tiles, antique fittings and restored terracotta tiles. Also in a mini pub or bar is provided. Already our favorite room in the house.
Hidden behind a high ivy-covered wall, Johnny Galecki’s home features a billiards room, an eat-in kitchen stocked with all the appliances you could wish for, two walk-in closets, and an en-suite bathroom with marble tiles.
Home theater
As the second most favorite space of the house of Johnny Galecki for yours truly, there is a state-of-the-art screening room with polished wood paneling and plush carpeting. You can binge the TV series and movies of all famous previous owners via Netflix.
Then the outdoors. Two garages, colorful tiled fountains, lush lawns, tropical plants and a covered patio for alfresco dining in the shade. Of course including barbecue, a spa and a swimming pool with mosaic tiles.
The Hollywood villa with history and star history is for sale for $11.9 million.
