The Beatles will come up with a new song thanks to artificial intelligence
The Beatles are going to come up with a new and final song, although John Lennon and George Harrison are dead, thanks to artificial intelligence. The release will take place this year.
While the possibilities of AI arouse fears and envy in the music industry, Paul McCartney explained in an interview broadcast by the bbc that John Lennon’s voice had been taken from an old cassette. She was separated from the musical accompaniment thanks to new technologies to realize this new song.
“We came to do what will be the last Beatles recording, it was a demo of John that we worked from”explained Paul McCartney. “We just finished and it will come out this year”, he added. He pursues : “We were able to take John’s voice and purify it using AI to mix the recording”.
The BBC believes it is probably a 1978 composition by John Lennon, called Now and Thenalready considered for a compilation in 1995. It appeared in a cassette titled For Paul recorded by John Lennon shortly before his assassination in New York in 1980.

The ten years of common life of Paul McCartney, John Lennon, George Harrison and Ringo Starr gave 14 best-selling albums, nearly a billion records sold and the shooting of several films.
Regarding AI, Paul McCartney considers it to be ” very interesting “ and “It’s something we’re all figuring out right now, trying to figure out what it means”.
