Tesla sells Giga beer for a whopping 89 euros
Around two years after the announcement, Tesla has now launched its latest fan article. We are talking about the so-called Giga beer, which is currently available as a limited edition on the company’s website.
Elon Musk already announced it at the topping-out ceremony of the Gigafactory Berlin in 2021, and it is now available: the first beer from the electric car manufacturer Tesla. On the website the company advertises its Giga beer as a limited edition.

What is Tesla’s giga beer all about?
Tesla is known for not spending money on classic advertising. Instead, the e-car manufacturer around founder and CEO Elon Musk prefers to draw attention to itself through word-of-mouth propaganda.
But curious fan articles are also typical for Tesla. After a Tesla tequila and a flamethrower for the tunneling company Boring Company, the introduction of its own brand of beer should no longer surprise anyone.
Tesla beer in a design bottle
The Tesla beer is only available in a three-pack on the website. However, the three bottles, each with a content of 330 ml, have a Tesla-typically proud price.
Three giga beers cost 89 euros. But the taste and price should hardly deter die-hard Tesla fans. Because the e-car manufacturer didn’t skimp on the design either.
Is Tesla’s Giga Beer all about taste?
According to the company, the “limited edition Pilsner-style beer brewed in Berlin” builds “a bridge between Cybertruck and the 500-year tradition of beer brewing according to the German Purity Law”.
Among other things, Tesla brewed “exclusive cyber hops”. Tesla describes the taste of the Giga beer with the three flavors “citrus fruits, bergamot and sweet fruits”.
As can hardly be expected from Tesla, the design is probably the real eye-catcher of the Giga beer. At first glance, one might suspect perfume bottles behind the small, elegant beer bottles.
Who is behind the beer?
The bottles are shiny black and their shape is far from reminiscent of a beer bottle. The lettering Giga, which is supposed to glow in the dark, is emblazoned on the front.
As early as October 2021, Tesla the Giga beer brand let protect. According to the Tesla website, a company called Cyberhops is behind the sale. However, the luxury beer is sold and distributed by the Dutch company BrouwUnie.
