TCL introduced several tablets for students and children at CES 2022

Chinese company TCL presented several interesting products at this year’s CES 2022 in Las Vegas. Among them are Android tablets, which have a low price and their focus is mainly on students and children.

TCL NXTPAPER 10s

TCL NXTPAPER 10s is an ideal tablet for studying or taking notes. Its 10.1-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 has a touch layer designed for the active stylus T Pen. The tablet weighs 490 grams, so even younger students can keep it. The system is in the Android 11 version and its operation is taken care of by the MT8768E chipset and 4 GB of RAM. Although the internal memory is only 64 GB, it can be expanded with micro SD cards up to 256 GB.

The 8000 mAh battery will provide more than a whole day of learning, fun and creativity. A keyboard can also be purchased with the tablet, which helps increase productivity on the go, for example. A pair of 8-megapixel cameras are used for video calls and shooting around. When launched, the price of TCL NXTPAPER 10s will start at 220 euros. He will get to Europe at the end of this month.

TCL TAB 8 4G a TCL TAB 10L

TCL will also launch a pair of very cheap tablets. The first is compact and lightweight (295 grams) TCL TAB 8 4G. Thanks to the battery with a capacity of 4080 mAh, it should be the perfect companion throughout your day. LTE mobile connection keeps you online when Wi-Fi is not available. The HD tablet display has an 8-inch diagonal. The resolution of the cameras is 5 megapixels. The operating memory with a size of only 2 GB freezes a bit.

TCL TAB 10L is then a bigger alternative to the previous tablet, which is designed for fun and productivity. The 10.1-inch HD touch screen is the ideal size for reading textbooks. Even in this case, the RAM is only 2 GB in size. The internal expandable memory is 32 GB. The resolution of the cameras is 5 megapixels. The absence of GPS freezes.

Both tablets use the Android 11 system. TCL TAB 8 4G will be available in Europe this quarter for a price of 115 euros. The price of TCL TAB 10L is 90 euros and will also be available in selected markets this quarter.

TCL TKEE

TCL also introduced three new TKEE tablets – TCL TKEE MINI, TKEE MID (with 4G connectivity) a TKEE MAX. They are designed and created especially with children in mind. The redesigned user interface design allows children to play and learn safely and responsibly. TCL has added display technology to them, which should make them more child-friendly. The tablets will also use the new TCL Kids service with educational videos, books and applications for children.

Each of the tablets is protected by a robust protective case that can handle falls to the ground. They come with a TKEE passive pen, so children can improve their writing and drawing skills. Tablets vary in the diagonal of HD displays, which ranges from 8 to 10 inches. The TKEE series will go on sale this quarter. The price of TCL TKEE MINI will be 80 euros, in the case of TCL TKEE MID 130 euros and TCL TKEE MAX will go on sale for 105 euros.
