synchronize your sports performance between all services

Do you want your Strava laps to automatically be added to Google Fit, or do you want to link Samsung Health to another service? The handy app Health Sync makes all this possible, a very handy app.

Today we like to keep track of our sports performance. Whether you like running or prefer to go out with your racing bike, everything can be monitored. Or would you rather opt for a game of football, tennis or swimming? There are plenty of apps that help you keep track of your activities. But maybe you like (or are forced to) use multiple services for this. How convenient is it if all this data is bundled in one app that you want?

Health Sync makes this possible. You link different services, set them up as you want and the rest goes automatically. For example, I have set Garmin Connect to send its measured performance to Google Fit. The app can handle many different services. Think of Samsung Health, Fitbit, Garmin, Google Fit, Polar, Huawei Health, Runalyze, Strava, Under Armor and more. In addition, activity data can be synchronized as a data file with Google Drive.

The Dutch-made app lets you choose which data should be shared with the other service. Think of the steps, activities, your sleep, heart rate, weight, blood pressure, blood sugar, oxygen saturation, nutrition and water intake. Not all promotions can be synchronized with all services due to restrictions on certain platforms.

Everything happens in the background, so once set up, you don’t really have to worry about it anymore. You can optionally set that you receive a notification when the service synchronises. Health Sync lets you use the app for free for a week. After that, you can use the app for life with a one-time in-app purchase.
