SWAN covered new locations via optical and LTE internet
Telecommunications operators are constantly striving to expand and modernize their networks. SWAN is no exception. In a press release, he informed us that he covered the whole of Trnava with gigabit optical internet.
Fast internet connection with a maximum speed of 1 Gbit / s is available in the city in more than 1,500 buildings, it is available to 19,000 households and companies.

In addition to upgrading the network in newer and older apartment buildings in individual cities, we are also introducing optical connections to completed new buildings, where we offer owners above-standard connectivity that meets even the most demanding requirements of today. ”

SWAN has also expanded the coverage of LTE internet for households
The operator is trying to expand not only the optical network, but also the wireless network, which is based on LTE technology in the licensed 3.7 GHz band. In a press release, he announced a further expansion of fixed LTE Internet coverage for households. Recently, this type of connection can be used by residents of 12,000 households in more than 20 towns and villages. In total, it is available for 412 thousand Slovak households in 370 towns and villages.
