There has been a constant back and forth regarding the Hogwarts Legacy release date. It is now clear that the game will be released later this year and as part of a State of Play PlayStation has published both a gameplay video and fresh information about the game. We’ll tell you what’s new.

Hogwarts Legacy: A History of its Own in the Late 1800s
“How do you bring Hogwarts to life?”. That was one of the biggest questions the developers of Hogwarts Legacy had to grapple with. But if you look at the extensive gameplay video for the upcoming singplayer action RPG, it becomes clear that they were able to answer this question. As part of the State of Play were around 15 minutes of video material about the game published, there is also some information about the game.
You’re a new student at Hogwarts, but you’re starting late, in fifth year to be precise. As in the film series, the Sorting Hat awaits you and decides which house you belong in. But you probably ask yourself the question all the time: “When will the game be released?”. Unfortunately you have to be patient and there is no exact release date yet. After all, the window is called Holiday 2022. So this year’s Christmas season is likely. We’ll keep you up to date.
