Starfield: a new trailer, a conference… and a release date!

Eventually, Starfield will not be released during the first half of 2023 as promised Microsoftbut at least we now know that Bethesda’s flagship game will be available on computer And Xbox Series in 2023. A new trailer of the game (or rather the environments of the game) reveals to us (finally!) the official release date of the title, therefore fixed at next september 6. The icing on the pixel, Bethesda will organize a conference around the game on June 11. Knowing that Starfield is an open-world sci-fi RPG (even very open in this case), a rather abundant title, a presentation conference will probably not be too much…



Hopefully the game’s postponement to September doesn’t serve to secure Xbox Studios’ presence in the second half of the year, though, which would mean Microsoft would only have Forza Motorsports, Redfall, and Starfield as Xbox Series exclusives. in 2023 (Minecraft Legends is not excluded). In itself, the release of 4 Xbox exclusives in 2023 (counting Hi-Fi Rush) would have nothing to criticize… if it didn’t come after a totally blank year. 4 exclusives in 2 years, i.e. 2 games per year, that’s very little for a Game Pass which badly needs strong titles that you can’t find elsewhere…

Starfield will be available on September 6 on Xbox Series, PC as well as Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass services.
