If a lower speed arrives here than booked in the tariff, the second round starts: Vodafone tests whether the rate between the server and the customer modem decreases.

If the latter is stable and corresponds to the tariff, customers can search for the fault in their own four walls. An outdated modem or out-of-date software, for example, are detrimental to speed, as is a poor WiFi connection. In the Speedtest Plus, individual tips would then be given to optimize the home network. The company is also working with a competitor to improve speed.
