Sony comes with new LinkBuds earbuds

Sony has announced a new set of earbuds, which have an interesting design. It concerns the Sony LinkBuds, which are also coming to the Netherlands and Belgium. The earplugs work well with music service Spotify.

A new product is added to Sony’s lineup. The audio product in question is the Sony LinkBuds, a new headset with a striking design. The earbuds have an open ring design, so as a user you must always be in contact with the environment, Sony says. Despite the very compact design, they must provide a clear sound; both music and phone calls. They also offer spatial sound for gaming, home work and similar applications.

According to Sony, the LinkBuds earbuds are comfortable enough to wear all day long. In addition, there is an innovative tap control for better ease of use. So you can start your Spotify playlist with a tap of your finger. In addition, you can use smart listening functions, which make operation easier. With Speak-to-Chat you can easily have short conversations with someone, without having to take the LinkBuds out of your ears. You can also use the voice assistant such as Ok Google or Alexa. You can connect the LinkBuds via Fast Pair, with Swift Pair you can also quickly connect them with a Windows 10 or Windows 11 device.

The LinkBuds have IPX4 certification and are therefore splash-proof. You can also use them for 5.5 hours with a full battery. With a fully charged case this comes out to 12 hours.
