If you’re looking for a technologically advanced smartphone and want to get off the beaten track, ZTE might be for you. This Chinese tech company previously released the Axon 30. A smartphone with the selfie camera processed under the display. At the time, it was still for the Chinese market, but the Axon 30 is also coming to Europe. That was announced today.
ZTE Corporation announces the global launch of the Axon 30 with a price of 499 euros. There is actually a difference with the previous variant. ZTE says that the technology for the camera below the display has been improved even further. The smartphone has a 6.92-inch AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Under the hood is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870G chipset.

The global version of the Axon 30 also has an AI quad camera, consisting of, among other things, a 64 MP camera, a 120-degree wide-angle lens and a 3 cm macro lens. The smartphone has a 4,200mAh battery and can charge 55W fast.
The new ZTE Axon 30 therefore costs 499 euros for the 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage variant. With 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, the phone costs 599 euros. The smartphone will be available from September 9.
