Sander Lantinga about violent birth of fourth child: ‘Tess lost 3 liters of blood’

The delivery went quickly, but was anything but smooth. Shortly after Lexi was born, things went wrong. ‘After giving birth, Tess lost 3 liters of blood due to the ‘overtired’ uterus (yes, that exists) so that it no longer closes and continues to bleed,’ says Sander. ‘So towed from the house and taken to hospital in a screaming ambulance.’ Fortunately, Tessel and Lexi are now home in good health.

Fragile and fragile
To conclude his message, Sander lists some – as he calls it himself – clichés. ‘A) You realize once again how fragile and fragile life is and that you should never make anything too plausible.
