Samsung’s leaked plans show what news it will introduce in 2022

The latest leaked plans of the company Samsung show what tablets, smart watches, laptops and headphones will introduce in 2022. The information was brought by the portal GSMArena.

The Galaxy Tab S8 tablet gets four versions

The plans were originally intended for Samsung’s 30 major partners in South Korea. As usual, they eventually leaked to the Internet. In addition to production plans, they also contain release dates. Leaker FrontTron summarized the main information into a simple spreadsheet so we can see what, when and how much will come on the market.

Probably the most interesting information is that next year we will see up to four versions of the Android tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab S8. In addition to the basic model Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, a cheaper version will also appear on the market Galaxy Tab S8 Lite and premium models Galaxy Tab S8+/ Tab S8 Ultra. Premium versions could start production with the base model in the second quarter, while the cheaper model in the fourth.

In the table are two cheap tablets of middle and lower class Galaxy Tab A8 a Tab A7 Liteto be put into production between the first and fourth quarters of 2022. Samsung plans to produce 1.6 million Galaxy Tab S8 Lite and 1.2 million Galaxy Tab S8. Galaxy Tab S8 + and Tab S8 + Ultra will have a more limited number – 900,000 and 400,000 pieces. Galaxy Tab A middle and lower class tablets should be produced 22 mil. pieces.

At the turn of September and October, we will also see new smart watches Samsung Galaxy Watch 5, which is to be produced 4.8 mil. pieces of TWS headphones Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro2 will appear on the market sometime after the second quarter in the number of 3.1 million units and Galaxy Buds Live2 a few months later in the number of 3.3 million pieces.

Samsung is also preparing laptops. Hybrid model Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 and a classic laptop Galaxy Book2 Pro with Windows 11 will come on the market in relatively small quantities of 300 thousand pieces.
