Samsung with security update March 2022: 17 own patches
Samsung has released details about the March security update. On top of the patches from Google, Samsung has also added 17 patches.

Samsung has already rolled out the March update for some models. At the beginning of this week, it was officially released by Google itself. On top of Google’s patches, Samsung’s own patches have also been added. These are now being explained by the manufacturer, so that we can get a better idea of what is fixed with the March 2022 security update.
In total, Samsung itself has added 17 patches on top of the Google patches. The weather app and widget in Android 11 has a vulnerability that has been addressed. A leak was found that could place a shortcut on the start screen, without you as a user having given permission for this. Finally, a weak spot was found in the lock screen, where it was possible to try to gamble passwords without limits.
