Is the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 confirmed?
Samsung’s next tablet isn’t officially announced yet, but its existence is an open secret. Of many leaks (in Dutch) have indeed confirmed the upcoming arrival on the market of the Galaxy Tab S9 series, with several models:
- Galaxy Tab S9
- Galaxy Tab S9 Plus
- Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra
When will the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 be released?
For the moment, no official date is known for the release of this range. While the S6 and S7 were announced in the summers of 2019 and 2020, the S8 was launched in February 2022. After some slowdowns from Samsung’s development branch, the S9 model would have experienced some delaysmoving its launch to the second half of 2023.
Logically, Samsung should announce the Galaxy Tab S9 during the next Galaxy Unpacked, on July 26. The event takes place in Seoul and has become the brand’s annual fan meeting.
What do we know about the Tab S9?
Samsung’s next tablet has suffered numerous leaks. Since the beginning of the year, we have been able to discover, as and when leaks, the design of the model. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 therefore looks very close to the previous series, the Galaxy Tab S8. One of the few changes is in the photo block, on the back cover, which is inspired by the module of the Galaxy S23 smartphone range.
What price for the Galaxy Tab S9?
While Samsung could announce its new range of tablets in the coming days, one question remains unanswered. What is the expected price for the models in this series? For now, the price list is not known in detail. However, a North America leak seems to confirm a price slightly higher than for the range Galaxy Tab S8.
