Samsung has released the two high-end smartphones from the Galaxy S22 series in the Netherlands. The Ultra already appeared in our country before; now it’s the turn of the galaxy s22 and galaxy s22+. What can be said about these two stylish models?

Samsung Galaxy S22 and S22 Plus in the Netherlands

In February, the new Galaxy S22 series was announced by Samsung; three stylish devices with excellent specifications. Moreover, not to forget; the great update policy. Like some previously released phones, the series will receive security updates for five years and Android updates for four years. The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra was already released in our country at the end of February, the other two models would be released on March 11. The latter has now happened, so that the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22+ can be ordered in our country. In terms of design, these two models do not differ from each other. They both offer a triple camera with a 50-megapixel main lens, a 12-megapixel wide-angle lens and a 10-megapixel telephoto lens. Complete with 3x zoom, optical image stabilization and a camera app full of possibilities. There is an Exynos 2200 chipset from Samsung and of course there is Android 12 with the One UI skin from Samsung.

Then the differences, starting with the Galaxy S22. This model has a 6.1-inch AMOLED screen and is equipped with a 3700 mAh battery, which can be charged with 25W. The Galaxy S22+ has a 6.6-inch AMOLED screen with a 4500 mAh battery. The battery of this model can be charged with a power of 45W. Because a charger is not included, you still have to purchase it yourself. However, previous tests show that the difference between 25W and 45W charging is minimal.

The Samsung Galaxy S22 has a price tag that starts at 849 euros. For 1049 euros you have the Galaxy S22+ at home.
